Windows 2000 and IIS

I am installing IIS into windows 2000 and for some reason it is not allowing me to specify the location to put InetPub. Has anyone had this problem? How do I specify IIS to use E:\INetPub instead of C:\INetPub? I used to be able to do it in NT 4 no problem.
