Windows 2000 and ASPI

I have ASPI in Windows 2000 (Nero works), but I'm either missing some element or do not have a correct version. I cannot get AudioCatalyst to recognize ASPI. It used to work. 🙂 But I can't remember how I did it. Might have been something from Adaptec, but I can't find it... help? :Q

Erm....Nero uses its own ASPI driver. This cannot be accessed by any other application.

Can't tell you off hand at the moment where to get the ASPI drivers though....😱

I've seen that already, but... "Note: Do NOT install ASPI32.EXE with Windows 2000, Windows ME, Easy CD Creator 4.x, or with Windows Media Player 7.0. If you have one of these applications (or OS), you will be using a different aspi layer that will conflict with the one provided in this file."

What of this?
