windows 2000 afterclick menufade removal

Hi, Im running win2k. I used tweakUI to remove all the menu fading options. Theres one that I cannot seem to remove, and that is the menu fade effect after clicking on something such as the shortcut icon on one of teh submenus in the sartmenu, or the save button in thefile menu. that is, after ic lick save, the menu fades away, how do i remove that? so that it just disappears after clicking.
