Windows 2000 Active Directory, XP Pro and Group Policy

I can not get the group policy to work at all.

Here is what I have done. I have created a OU called Office. There are 3 User Accounts with a simple Group POlicy applied to the OU.
I have upgraded the .ADM files that came with XP.
Also, with XP I can not browse the AD Domain.

Any ideas?

Youve got the XP pointed to the AD server thats running DNS, right?
I didnt need to do anything with the .ADM files that are on the XP boxes in my domain, all the changes are done on the server

Yes, I can logon and everything. I have roaming profiles setup, network shares etc all configured. Just group Policy will not work....
And I did only change the .ADM files on the AD.

I know there are some settings I used like....time interval for group policy, group policy server selection,

Are you doing gpupdates and/or rebooting the system after you make changes? In the OU, if you are making changes to the Workstation Policy part of the GP you must put the workstations in the OU. If you are making changes to the User Policy part of the GP then you must put the user accounts in the OU (that's what you are already doing).

After you make the changes be sure to do a gpupdate and/or log out and/or reboot depending on what you changed.
