Windows 2000 & 500gb hard drive - any problems?

Going to be doing a small file server with a 500gb ATA drive and Windows 2000. If I format it with NTFS will I run into any problems or will it recognize all 500 gigs? I recently did an XP Home (SP0 disc) install and it only recognized about 120gb out of the 320gb. Just wanted to check before I got rolling.

Thanks! All I need it to do is be a SMB file server for home. Would I be better off with XP Pro in the long run?

Burning a slipstreamed W2k SP4 disc now...MAN nLite has made a lot of progress! 😀
