windows 200 fonts...how to install

can I just drag fonts to the c:\windows\fonts folder?

Essentially yes. If you go to the Fonts folder within Control Panel, there is an "Install New Font" command in the File menu. It's an antiqued Win 3.x dialog box applet though.
