Question Windows 11 retail

Can win 11 home retail be used on consecutive builds? Meaning build the 1st unit,, later on build the 2nd unit reusing the retail version of win 11 home. Parts from the 1st such as case, power supply, possibly the hard drives from the 1st unit will be used for the 2nd build.
It's been years since my last pc build so it's like learning everything again.
Again,, can the retail windows 11 software be used on "new builds?"

My opinion is tutored by years of routine understanding and experience, but that could always change.

Traditionally, the retail box allowed you to install successively on different hardware, whereas the OEM "white-box" installations were permanently wedded to the specific hardware where initially installed.

I just bought three shrink-wrapped retail boxes last month for chump change, and so I expect to have that sort of freedom in using them.
