Question Windows 11 how to prevent double-pasting from paste history (win+v)?

Pressing Enter twice (or clicking then Enter), like it often happens on login screen just pastes PW twice. It wasn't an issue on windows 10 because the win+v window was more responsive, but in windows 11 it takes a bit longer to close itself - like it's less responsive.

@tcsenter, the question is about win+V, as it allows the use of multiple copied at any time entries; not ctrl+V - which requires copy/pasting one at a time sequentially for each element.
