Ya, was looking at notebooks in COSTCO today with Win 11 24H2 and it's same ole same ole with MS just suffling around functionality and recreating GUI screen looks/art. Gotta scratch your butt to fathom the new layout and hooks & handle locations to get same ole same ole things done.

Microsoft is digging its own grave with Windows 11, and it has to stop

Trouble is, I'm forced to upgrade for things like TurboTax. Once your OS reaches "unsupported" TTX wont install.

Seems inexorable that I must ultimately end up with something like LINUX for most of what I do.
