Windows 11 24H2 and a lock screen setting reverting back to default!

One of the issues I'm having with Windows 11 24H2 is that a lock screen setting I set reverts back to the default setting. For example, for the lock screen I set the lock screen status to "none" but the next day it's set back to "Weather and more" automatically. This isn't the first time this happened. I just don't want to keep fighting an OS, I want to set it and forget it and have it respect ALL of my customized settings for the OS. In the past I also would disable Edge at startup but a few days later Edge would be set to enabled at startup and I'm not sure if that has been fixed or if it's just doing this by design.

You need to go into settings on edge and click a couple of options, otherwise it'll start up with windows and continue running in the background all the time whether you use it or not!

Shouldn't just disabling Edge at startup under Startup Apps be enough and shouldn't it respect that setting anyways since it an option to disable or enable at startup under the Startup Apps? That still leaves the lock screen not respecting my setting.

I can't remember where the options for the lock screen are, I'll find them when I get home. I've got all that stuff turned off.
