Windows 10 TP not displaying jpg images

I installed the most recent build (10074) and jpg simply cannot be opened. I even installed a third party software to open it and it wont. MS Paint, Image Viewer, none of them are able to display jpgs. Is there anything that can be done in the setting to solve this? Everything else was working fine in the computer
