Windows 10 suddenly running slow

I use Bitdefender 2019. My application loading has suddenly gone slow. Any reasons please?

Apologies. I am using Windows 10
Intel i5 - 3750k processor
Saphire Radeon R7 250
16Gb memory
Various SSD / HDD storage

Have you opened task manager to see what your CPU/Ram/Disk usage are when it feels sluggish?

CPU less than 4% and memory less than 25%

Actually now that i investigated it more, it appears to be a very common problem with Bitdefender 2019 edition specifically. Here's plenty of folks with your same issue on Reddit:
