Windows 10; Start menu & task bar; lack of color options

Windows 10 only offers 49 different colors for the color of the Start Menu and the Task Bar (running build 10240). None of which are light grey colors, like I had in Windows 8.0. Why didn't Microsoft give us a full RGB color spectrum choice of what color we want our start menu to be and our task bar to be, like in Windows 7? Only 49 colors, come on. These 49 colors are in Settings -> Personalization -> Colors

I may have to use Start10 in order to get control of the colors. Start10 can modify the color of the start menu right now, but not the task bar.

--Above is almost word for word what I submitted to 'Windows Feedback'. But since 10240 RTM is out, maybe it won't ever be fixed.

And when you do select a color, it is only in certain places. When I open Settings, for example, it will always have that same dull grey background. I hope this changes soon. If not, I am sure someone will make a fix.
