Question Windows 10 slows

I have a 64 bit system. 8gigs of dd3. two drives. drive one is ssd. amd fx 6300 6 core. I notice a problem mostly with the internet. I leave the computer on and gradually, over days, google slows so much that I have to reboot. This is new. I use Malwarebytes. Just looking for ideas.
