I'm just going to repost what I already said in OSes:

There's a good article from Ed Bott, who analyzed the data before the user slunk off and deleted everything.

In short his heart was probably in the right place, but from a technical perspective he was woefully incompetent. Over 50% of the data is just attempted DNS queries, NetBIOS lookups, and IPv6 checks.

Companies know more about you then what people think the NSA does. And yet people complaining about the NSA, but blatantly allow their lives categorized and easy referenced for marketing purposes astound me. From Internet forum to Internet forum. A great majority have a laissez-faire attitude on their use and support of Windows 10.

For me personally, it will be a cold day in hell before I use 10. I use 7 and at that I kicked my feet to make the move from XP64. I have more damn issues with FS2004 addons and Windows 7. Thank God my RealityXP gauges work. That would be a deal breaker for me on using 7. http://www.reality-xp.com/
