Running an nvidia 980 Ti on Windows 10 x64. I'm getting lots of screen tearing all over the place. Move windows around quickly and you'll notice they lag behind a glitched version of their contents while you move them. Scroll in chrome and you'll see huge amounts of tearing. Play SC2 without vsync and it tears like crazy on the main menu...
Any fix for this? Is there a setting I'm missing? I'm also on a Dell U2413. (and I notice it keeps setting my display to 59hz instead of 60hz, really annoying)
EDIT: Weird, seems less profound now. (almost missing entirely) I think going from 59hz to 60hz did some healthy wonders.
