Question Windows 10 Pro UI corruption showing boxes and blotches in application

I am getting these type of UI corruption where items and menu are showing up as blotches and boxes. Hovering the mouse over it seems to fix the issue but it will appear elsewhere. I am running the latest studio drivers for my nvidia GPUs. It only appears in some application such as DxO Photolab or Davinci Resolve
