Windows 10 Pro blue screens

I am running the newest version of Windows 10 Pro 64bit but this problem have been here for awhile so it was happening on earlier builds.

I had tried to use the blue screen viewer but it was not working because I needed to create the minidump folder which was missing and here the error from that .

I am tired so just posting the error for feedback and questions thanks ntoskrnl.exe+163960

Why is my PC keep getting the blue screens and having to reboot to fix the problem?

Already check system with speccy and ran half hour burnin plus looked at all my software even uninstalled my gigabyte apps to see if that would help.

Its annoying to keep getting these problems on my 1yr top of the line skylake system so what causing the problem?

I now testing my other PC not used much lately to see if it crashes due to Windows 10 error so far looking at event viewer there has been no unexpected stops.

I Googled you error seem like either hardware not compatible, software issue or virus/ spyware.

Windows creates the minidump folder once a dump file is created. Also, it is a hidden folder. Not all blue screens will create a dump file. A power fault or memory faults, for example, would make it impossible to create such a file.

Well when I got my recent Windows update it must have removed my minidump file which was recently as that folder was one in my Windows.old folder.

I just seen that my OS was cloned to my second PC and I just changed licence and Windows name to use it so its using the same software on both PCs and I been trying to see if I could get a crash using same circumcises and been no problems.

I want to test my memory what a good quick way to test it?

I have tested everything and last thing I did was I saw Bonjour errors in event viewer and I uninstalled it but its on my copy PC so dont think thats the problem.

Memtest 86, free DL. Burn to a CD and test the memory, if any errors are found run the test 1 stick at a time and also check each memory slot. Download MemTest86

Memory was tested once with memtest just to see if there were any obvious problems and it passed.

It been 5 days since last blue screen and hoping its fixed will post if any more crashes.
