windows 10 pc keeps going in sleep mode

I have my power settings in control panel to do not sleep, i dont have any screen savors. WHen I lock my computer, after 1 minute, it goes in sleep mode. It works fine while in windows. I uninstalled all gigabyte software from my PC.

I cant figure this out, its insane. When I go to msconfig and set the boot to diagnostic (which loads minimal software) it fixes the issue. However I dont always want to boot like this.. any clue on how I can find the culprit?

after reformatting same issue...

(new pc build) issue existed since I first built the machine..few months old.
PC - windows 10 pro
16 gigs of RAM
core i5 3.2 gig
500W power supply
gigabyte board

I upgraded all my mobo drivers (from gigabyte) and flashed bios to newest version, no help. I checked all my power settings and everything checks out. I even made my settings to default and changed them again. I did however noticed something....

Once I lock my computer for example 7:03pm (on the dot), the bottom event ID10016 gets created, then 1 minute after this my PC goes in sleep mode. Anyone ever see this event ID before or knows what it is?

event ID 10016

rdn24, are you talking about the display going to sleep mode (which it does when locked) or the whole computer going to sleep? I have a couple computers running 10, and neither goes to sleep before I tell it to.
