Windows 10 on 4k TV

I want to get a 4k TV. I have an i5 4570 and a gtx 760 is that good enough? Not going to be doing any gaming just watching video in 4k. Thanks

4K 60 Hz requires chroma subsamping (4:2:0). 4K 30 Hz does not.
Most video uses 4:2:0 chroma subsampling anyway, so 60 Hz has no impact on visuals. However, desktop experience will be impacted.

Or avoid this altogether by getting a DisplayPort 1.2+ to HDMI 2.0 adapter, which support 4K 60 Hz without chroma subsampling.

4:4:4 chroma 4K 60Hz has to be supported by the TV with HDMI 2.0. Most that do, have it enabled in "PC Mode". It's usually done by renaming the input to PC. Samsung and LG are this way.
