What's up with MS "movies/TV" app and Phone Companion? I setup as local user and have never used movies/TV app. This morning I clicked on app history and then this

My PC was up since last Friday night, there were two thing that are so wrong. That Movie/TV app used 1.7Gb of data when I have never used it. Phone companion used 2hrs of CPU time when I did not plug my phone it.

is there a way to un install those app?

There is two ways, you can right-click the app and select uninstall
or by powershell with the steps here
