Windows 10 Monitor issue.

I upgraded my Windows 7 PC to Windows 10. It has a i7-3770 processor, Intel DH77EB motherboard and a Radeon HD7770 video card. It was running very well under Windows 7 with few issues. The PC has 8GB ram, SSD for the OS and two hard drives.

After the Windows 10 upgrade was finished, I did a reset and choose to not keep any files or programs.

Now, several times, I have found the PC with the monitor in sleep mode and I can't get it to turn back on. Sometimes I can still access the PC from the network, sometimes not. I must then turn off the power and then everything will work great until the issue happens again.

Any ideas on what can be causing this? I have searched the web and have not found anyone with a similar issue. I have installed the latest AMD drivers and the rest of the drivers came with Windows 10. I have installed all of the Windows updates that are available.
