Windows 10, keeping Programs away from main account

my wife needs for some work related stuff Java and Flash installed to use them in the browser

my question would be:
if I can use any feature (something in User Accounts, or virtual desktops, or anything) to stop those 2 programs infesting my main account as well

if I install those crap wares on my wife's account as standard user, will Flash and Java be able to run on my main account as well? 😕

Windows 10 is no different than any other version when it comes to where you can install programs. I have several programs installed on external drives.

Just install them as a limited user under limited user's directory; not program files. If asked for elevation of privileges, abort.

I thought I was clear enough :ninja:
I'd rather not install them at all, doesn't matter where

I don't want any access to Java and Flash on my main account for as they are ticking bombs security wise

hmm that could work I guess, gonna give it a try
limited as in standard user, right?
