Windows 10 ISO

Should be version 1607. If you are asking if they refresh the download ISOs after every Cumulative Update; that I don't know.
 
When you build your iso using media creator allow it to get the most current updates and you will have the most current build outside of the insider rings. If you go to the insider program and stay on the preview ring you will get the nearest rtm updates slightly ahead of the regular 10 users without becoming an experiment.
