Windows 10 iso under 4gb

Where can i get an iso file that is less than 4 gb? I need to burn the image in exfat 32 through rufus and as far as i've tried and read rufus wont let me burn the same unless it under 4 gb.
So far i've tried but failed to convert the esd file(~3.9gb) obtained after windows installation media creation to an iso file. I have used NTLite, Dism++ and ESD toolkit and could only get results with NTLite but the file size increases to over 5gb.

Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC is under 4GB.
But I'm a little confused about your post because I've burned isos right to my hard drive lots of times using the media creation tool, and burned those isos to sticks using Rufus. Many have been over 4GB.

Win 10 install DVD is is 4.3GB
If the whole thing is so important, buy an external USB 8GB DVD wirter and use on it 8GB DVD.

Part of the Rufus FAQ might be helpful:

Sir, you have made my day. It worked. Thanks a lot. I was trying to boot a ssd in a motherboard that does not have nvme native support and therefore wanted to burn the drive in a particular way.
