Windows 10 inaccessible boot device

Hello guys... Today when i got home i powered up my computer that is running windows 10 and i got the common error :"Inaccessible boot device"... I started searching on the web and i got plenty of solutions that included advanced settings, so i tried to fix my problem....my issue is that when i get to that windows 10 automatic repair screen i cant use my keyboard / mouse... What should I do?

It's either because the computer is already frozen, or because your mouse/keyboard is/are plugged into a port/ports that need a driver to work properly.

Please tell us what model the computer is, or what model motherboard you have in it. How are the mouse and keyboard connected? Do they share a single connection?
