Short version : When you activate windows 7 , it also shows a genuine logo is this not the case in windows 10 and just says activated?
Long version :
Some years ago before Microsoft had a proper store, I bought 3 Windows 8 keys(not 8.1) of Microsoft (mswos.com - does not exist any more - turned into Store).My order e-mails didn't state if these were OEM/Retail/Upgrade , after contacting Microsoft I got a answer that these keys were flagged as Full retail and/or Upgrade, also stating this was because Windows 8 in the beginning was sold kinda only as a upgrade,....(????).Anyway I made a clean install in a VM (Virtualbox) of windows 10 and I accepted the windows 8 key as valid and said it was activated but no Genuine Logo ? Or is that not supposed to be there any more?
