Windows 10 enables power management on usb keyboard and mice by default

I just encountered an issue where my kb wouldn't work even though it had power to it. After scrutinizing device manager I discovered that windows 10 had enabled power management on the kb and also on my mouse. Once I unclicked on it my kb began working again so if you experience any issues with your usb devices check the power management on them first before throwing a fit. Hope this helps someone out.
