Windows 10, did it get rid of allowing us to move same file names into a folder and tagging a (1)?

I remember in Windows 7 or XP, when I dragged a file into a folder with the same name, it'll give me the option to move it but add "(1)" or "(2)" to the end of the file. But now it seems to only allow me to replace it or not move it.

Is there a way to enable this feature without third party software?

I get the option to replace, don't move, or keep both files. Keeping both adds the (1).
