Just like the title says, windows 10 wont wake from sleep. If I manually put it to sleep I can get the monitor to come on but the only button I can get to work on my keyboard (G710+ if it matters) is e which produces € when I click the show password button. I've made sure my logitech software is up to date all device manager settings are set to not kill power to any USB ports and both KB and mouse are set to be able to wake the computer from sleep.

I have just the opposite problem on one of my desktops. It won't ever turn off the monitor and go to sleep.

Have you checked your bios settings to insure that the correct usb settings are enabled, especially if you have a newer mb?

I have a similar problem. After I'm away for a bit and my screen has gone blank, I can come back and move the mouse or click the keyboard, and the screen comes on, but everything is unresponsive. It takes a reboot to clear it. Doesn't always happen either, just sometimes..

Either missing a driver or a driver that isn't quite compatible with 10. Was this a straight upgrade from 7? How does device manager look?

Windows updates yesterday seemed to have fixed my issue. Monitor went to sleep last night and worked as expected.
