Running Windows 10 RTM (1511 + all current updates) and I'm noticing right click context menus, usually, but not always, missing items from the list. If I know where they are (the order) I can still use the menu (for example to create a new folder) but don't see the labels.
I'm seeing this on the Taskbar:
File Explorer:
Win + X menu:
I do not see this in other applications like Chrome or Excel.
This computer was upgraded from Windows 7 so is a bit old but appears to have sufficient resources:
I do not see this problem immediately after a reboot.
Any ideas?
