Windows 10 Activation Concern re New CPU

I have two Window 10 desk top computers. I want to swap the CPUs, an i5 and an i7. Will this risk deactivating these machines?

After the CPUs are swapped I am going to do a clean install on both machines. Can I assume if the CPU swap does not cause any heart burn for the W10 activations then the clean reinstalls should also not also create an activation issue?

One more possible complication. The machine in which the i7 will reside will also have a new Samsung 960 Pro NVMe M.2 SSD in place of the existing SATA port SSD. Can I expect this change to cause an activation issue?
