finally able to install Windows 10 and boot on my Samsung 860 Evo SSD (250GB).

i'm thinking, do we need to change anything in Windows like disable indexing, superfetch, and stuff like that which were designed for the mechanical hd?

or Windows 10 adjusts itself of ssd storage?

The less you are messing or modifying Windows the better. I would only suggest you to install the Samsung software to check if the disk is on latest firmware.
