Windows 10 1903 Free Space Missing Under Folders

Just updated to Windows 10 build 1903 and the free space option that used to show when clicking on a folder is no longer there. Have been trying all sorts of options settings and looking online with no results. Attached is two images. Before 1903 shows the selection working just fine. After 1903, shows it is missing. Does anyone know how to turn this on? I know its a minor thing, but it was very useful to have before.

Did you look at the screenshots attached?

Looks like you are showing two different machines. I don't see free space listed in either of your pics, but there are plenty of other places to see that info. Generally, if you are in folders, you would go to folder properties to see drive free space.
