Windows 10 1903 available for download today

That's what I worried. I also have a mini pc that only has 32GB.

I always have to uninstall everything and download the complete ISO, extract the files onto a USB drive and do the upgrade.

And actually I have completely reinstalled Windows 10 on this mini PC twice since it downloaded the upgrade files but no space to install.

The only way is format the drive and start from fresh.😡

I wanted to downgrade to Windows 7 or 8.1, but no drivers support at all.

Windows 10 is just ridiculous huge.

1903 is the final upgrade that I'll get since it will let you choose whether to upgrade or not.

I was forced to perform a clean install on my laptop yesterday and afterwards it still refused to install 1903 so I'm going to wait until the RTM is released.

Don't you need to upgrade after a year and a half or so to continue getting security updates anyway? I mean, 1607 doesn't get new updates since its already out its support cycle.

Yes, from what I read the new changes only let you skip 2 updates.
