Hi everyone, new to the forums here.

I downloaded the trial version of WindowBlinds and it seems like a cool skinning program. Didn't know if it would be worth the 50 bucks to buy the full version though.

Any thoughts on if its worth it ?

I would never pay that much for a program that is for cosmetic purposes only. Thats just my personal opinion though.

I think that you can also use it to add customised buttons to certain Apps.

I downloaded it and used it for one day, I think. Got old real fast. I wouldn't pay for it.

Thx PowerMark.

Funny you should ask because there are some things I would change.

I would go with a PC Power and Cooling power supply (cost is a little higher), and a Maxtor HD. Also the GF4s are just around the corner :)

Dont get me wrong, I haven't had any problems to speak of its just because of what I've learned is all. The 75GXP hard drives seem to have a lot of failures from what I hear and the Enermax doesn't keep the rails at the level you think it should, same goes for the 400watt Antec PS. This is just from my experience though.

Back on topic.......... yea 50 bucks does seem kinda high for eye candy but like powerMark said it seems like the full version does much more.

Actually for the 50 bucks you get a suite of programs and the bundle is called Object Desktop.

I was just hoping to find someone who actually used it :)

I've used all of it............believe me, unless you're just REALLY into eye candy............it's not worth even close to what they want! If you like eye candy, get XP if you don't already have it, and download the freeware stuff to change and dress it up!;) Spend the money saved on something actually usefull!:)
