WIndowblinds users: a truly shallow question...

I just upgraded for the first time in awhile to the latest version of WIndowblinds which integrates itself into the 'Appearance' tab of the Desktop Properties in WinXP. The only thing different, in a bad way, is unlike the previous version I was using, the 2.12 I think, it doesn't skin any of the Desktop Properties, nor any of the Advanced options that include all video driver settings. I know it comes with a bunch of exclusions built in-are any of these the Desktop Properties? If so, does anyone know the name of the exclusion? I know it's stupid, but it's been too long since I've seen windows naked.....thanks.
