WindowBlinds and skinning the command prompt?

I know WindowBlinds 4.4 is supposed to skin the command prompt also. Does anyone have any idea how to do this? I have every other thing skinned like it should be, but can't get the command prompt to skin. Any ideas? I'm using DogmaX v2 theme for WindowBlinds 4.4. I have right clicked on my desktop and selected Properties/Appearance/Advanced and selected "Skin console windows" like I read somewhere else and no go. I've just tried all the skins it comes with by default too and still no go. All they do is change the color of the command prompt titlebar, they don't skin it. I've read of other people having problems getting it working also and haven't seen a solution. I'm hoping someone here is a genius and can tell me a secret to get it to work hehe.
