Window XP setup hang at loading setupp.ini

Anyone have this kinda problem... I am using Athlon XP2200+ on 8k7a+.
I used to be able to install WindowXP using Athlon 1.4 Thunderbird.

How far into the install does it actually give you the setup.ini error?

Does it make it into the GUI part of the install? (I'm assuming it probably did)

Have you tried stripping down the hardware to the bare minimum?

Is this a new install or an upgrade?

If you mean the progress bar of copying setup files to hard drive, then yes. After that, it prompt me to restart, and then get to the real part (converting to NTFS section). But then it hangs either at
1. Checking environment
2 checking harddisk integrity
3. Loading setupp.ini

what do you think?
