Window sizes in XP

Hi Guys,
When I right click on a link in IE6 with XP and choose "Open link in new window" the new window is
a minimized window, but it's about 95% full window size.
I preferred it when the window was about 25% of full size!
Can anyone tell me how to fix this small but annoying problem?

Any help would be appreciated.

resize the new link window to the size you want then close it by pressing ctrl & clicking the close x at the top right of the window!
