Yea you can use some GE2 window silicone to seal it for now. But best to replace if you can with a better unit.As said windows should last longer than that.

If the glass has separated from the spacer, the window has lost whatever insulating properties it may have had to begin with. Call a glass shop and get the unit replaced.

here is a pic of a bad window and a good window...you see the weather stripping i stuffed into the gap....LOL

Kind of hard to tell from your pic but unless you want to seal it shut, your best bet is a new window.
