😕don't know if I've posted this in the right forum, but here goes:

I put together a new pc for my sister in law using the following:

Gigabyte P35 DQ6
E6600 cpu
4gb Adata DDR2 800 (4x1gb) >>> I know that all 4gb won't be utilized
2x250 gb Samsung SATA drives
EVGA 7600GT video card
Philips and Samsung DVD burner
Corsair VX550 power supply
XP pro 32 bit

everything is on stock settings.

the problem she mentioned to me is that sometimes when she several windows open and try to minimize or close one, there's a remnant left behind. Like a partial window.

Is this a video issue or memory issue? I'm leaning towards a video driver issue.

looks like you need to do a troubleshoot... update all drivers.. etc... then test with diferent resolutions... move the card to other slot... play around with the memories... or test another card if you can...
