window lite version?

I notice microsoft OS are getting slower and bigger evey year. I wish MS would release a lite version of win me, win 2000. the lite version should only have the basic OS files , no B.S applications like calculators, desktop wall paper, and those mofo system restore files (took 20 mins to figure how to delte those Biatch files).
 
I agree, though I'd have to say that you aren't quite making total sense.

true, it's getting slower and slower, that isn't because of calculators, or any of those programs. it all has to do with what all is running at the same time, (like u mentioned, system restore files) for which we either need a lite version (ala win98lite), or we just need to know how to disable all of that. I'd rather not have to run it on 128 megs of RAM, I'd like the option.

ok, sure there are applications that we should include, and not include to make the installation larger and smaller, but calculator isn't one of them! IMHO, it's one of the most useful programs in the entire OS!
