Window Explorer Q ~ opening to specific folder

I know its been asked before and I searched but couldn't find it.
Each time I open windows explorer (XP) I want to open to C:\Home

What do I add to the target path? Its something like ~c:\home as a suffix.
Anybody know?

I'm surprised this particular fix hasn't been more widely distributed. I'm sure many people are just as annoyed with "my documents" as you and me. I implemented that particular fix months ago and I love it.
