Window explorer crashes after closing

Let say I open "My Computer" > Exit. I get this message;

Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

I tried system restore... but no luck.

Does it happen every time?

What OS?

Have you tried rebooting?
Have you tried windows explorer?
