Window drag crappy

Here's a weird problem. If I have a wallpaper pic set to "stretch", dragging a window looks like crap. It lags a lot. If I set it to "center" it seems to work okay. Something's screwy.

900MHz T-Bird
KK266-R
Radeon 64 DDR
No overclocking right now
Tried latest Via4in1(4.29)

Any ideas? This one's really getting to me.

Open the picture in adobe photshop or another image editing program and make the picture the size of your screen resolution. That way you wont have to stretch it.......the picture will already be full screen.

It was screen res and size. But I found the culprit. Somehow Active Desktop "View as Web Page" had gotten checked. Unchecked it, and the problem vanished.

Gotta love these stupid problems. I go and tweak drivers and VIA 4in1 and stuff, and it turns out to be stupid MS and their stupid Active Desktop.
