Window-2000 Server

Hi!There
I have been using window 2000 server for long time. I strated getting following message error and i am trying to troubleshoot but i am not getting success and not eventhough it's happening with .It's happening with my friend's computer and after this error window is opened and crashed window.Does any one has idea what could be the problem!!!I need to fix as fast i can ...Your suggestion highly appreciated.
Follwing is the error:

"At least one service or driver failed during system start up. Use event viewer to examine the event log for details."

System Imformation:
Window: Window-2000 Server
Pentium 4
Dell System
40 GB Harddisk
512 RAM

Have you looked in the Event Log to see what didn't work?

As what Bozo said, you may have to clear the log first and wait until you get the error and them check the Event log again.

Just look at the event log and you'll see what it is. You can then disable it from startup or remove the offending file or reference. This is a common error.
