Question Window 10 blue screen

I have issue :
My pc ran into blue screen . When I restart it it wont restart.it goes back to same page and then shuts down .
I tried ctrl+alt+delete, pressing F8 and F3 and F9
Then tried power on/off 3 times . Nothing works .there are no icons or start menu . So I cant take any action .I tried all possible solutions but all in vain.
Please help me.

Typically a blue screen that ends in 21a indicates file corruption. That could be caused by a failing hard drive or an update gone wrong.
