WinAntiVirus - Spyware or real program?

*sigh* in a time crunch and of course no looks over in Software...

I'm looking at a co-worker's computer and they have WinAntiVirus Pro 2005 installed as their Virus software. I ran Spybot and it came back with 64 entries for WinAntiVirus2005Pro marked as Spyware/Winsoftware.

Is this program legit or is it spyware that looks like anti-virus software?

I've never heard of it before so don't know.
