Are there any multiple monitor visulizations out there?

Milkdrop (which now comes with Winamp 5) will do it.

How? I can't seem to get it on both screens.

Options->Preferences->Visualization

Select "MilkDrop" and Configure. In the new dialog, there is a "Dual Head" button that will have all the options you want.
